Giving the ol" 300U a good workout this winter in SW Michigan.
In my mind, installing the 2" Black Pipe across the bottom of the blade was the best thing I did. I never have to take shoes on or off and I never dig up my yard.
I didn"t think there were many birds around this year until I uncover a patch of grass or an area or gravel. Seems like every bird in the county flocks to it.
