Howdy, boys:
You know how the mud guard mounts under the frame rails and is held in place with four short bolts? Well, when I bought my stage II, it did not have a mud guard on it. I found one and when I started to install it, I quickly learned that while all four holes were in the frame rail bottoms, the solid engine mounts blocked the rear two holes. I wonder what's the deal with that - have the engine mounts been swapped from one side to another and the holes don't line up, or if there just weren't any holes for some reason?
No big deal, I guess, since I can drill and tap some holes in the engine mounts, but I just wondered if anyone knew the answer to this little mystery.....
Thanks as always for all the help on our fun forum.
