size of thread on grease fitting

I'm replacing the tie rod ends on the Schwartz wide from on my H. The new tie rods have pressed in, straight zerks. I want to put in threaded 90s to make them easier to grease and replace if they ever plug up.

Does anyone know what the thread is on the small tapered grease fittings ? And where do you get a tap for them ?

Either a 1/4-28 straight thread, 1/16 npt or 1/8 npt. Any of these taps can be purchased at you local Napa store. If my memory is correct, it's the 1/8 npt.
