656 fenders and 3 point

Have a 656 does not have 3 point and missing the fenders. What other IH tractors used these parts that will fit the 656? Want to stay with the IH 3 point. Also any idea where I can find these parts?

Thanks

The flattop fenders off anything from a 544 to a 1456 will work but the U-bolts on the 706 to 1456 are different. 544 and 656 used the same U-bolts. Even 66 series will work but only have a place for one head light. I think the 544 used the same 3pt hitch as the 656. If your 656 does not have the rockshaft already on it it will be expensive to put a 3pt hitch on it. Then it would easier to find another 656 with the 3pt already on it.

The tractor says International 656. Adjustable wide front. 34 inch rears. Not sure what the difference is between a farmall and a International when it comes to a 656.

656 was available in both a utility and a row crop version. The utility was originally called the International and the row crop, the Farmall. The latest 656 Farmall with the bar grill had "International" badges on the sides of the hood, but still said Farmall on the small badges that also had the 656 on them. They were different framed tractors but were both 656s.
