200 touch control chirps jumps

A 200 has a Draft Link Rod & Pipe on the right side that can be stored on a pin on the Torque Tube OR extended and pinned to the right Touch Control Rockshaft.

If I extend it and use it to adjust the angle of the tool, in certain settings, it "jumps" about an 8th of an inch constantly, and "chirps" when it "jumps".

Is there some setting I need to do ? Am I hooking it up improperly ?

As always, check fluid level and filter. The filter is a metal screen that comes out where the temp sender goes in(4 bolts). Other than that the only thing that makes mine do that is movement of the steering support. I'm always grabbing my steering wheel to get om and off and even when the bracket is tight it will flex enough to change the setting. Make sure that support is good and tight as you may be looking side to side or to the rear and putting pressure on the steering wheel. LE
