Torque Settings

What would be the torque settings for oil pan and valve cover bolts on a C-123 Supper C Engine leaks at both sould I use sealer.

Just snugged up good. If you over tighten oil pan bolts either you will strip the threads or wrinkle the pan itself and it will leak. I would almost guess that is your problem now.

I never use sealers on mine other than smearing a little tubed grease on new gaskets when I install them.

Snug them up good to where it feels like the won't leak, but don't overtighten and split the gasket.
