Farmall 460 TA Question?

I have another question about the farmall TA, If the Ta is not working can you use with the Ta Not engaged? Will it hurt to use it that way? I have no experience with the TA so THANKS for any advice.

It won't hurt the TA or the tractor unless the TA clutch is slipping. TA clutch is used only in high range so you should be ok if it does not slip.
