I had the zenith carb rebuilt on my b got done restoreing it put back togather. When I try to start the tractor it floods the carb gas runs out the breather pipe and files the plugs out.Anyway to stop or fix. The carb was redone at a tractor repair shop. thanks

Are you maybe just over-choking it?

When they're in good running order, those 113s and 123s won't tolerate more than a vry few turns at full choke.

Try starting it at about half or two-thirds throttle and open the choke after the first coule of turns.

Make sure you are not choking it too much. Make sure the adjustments and float level are correct. Also make sure there is a good hot spark (blue) at the plugs.

Take it back to shop where they repaires it and have them check it one more time.

I had my H carb apart 3 times before I realized there was gas in the float. Apparently just enough to cause it to sink. When I shook it I could feel it.
Drilled a hole in it. Drained it. Filled the hole with solder and it works great.
