1066 IH Westendorf WL40 loader

I recently purchased a used Westendorf WL40 loader to mount on a 1066 IH. I"m not sure that the front mount included all the parts. It looks as though I"ll have to build or find a spacer to go between the frame and the mount. It won"t clear the front casting. Is thier a spacer made by Westendorf ?

Contact them. Westendorf has all of the parts available.

I know you had to have a spacer if you had a factory cab on a 1066. I don't know if you do w/o a cab. My 856 with wl40 does not have spacer, but I don't know if they are exaactly the same as a 1066. If you do need check around with some dealers or traders for a used one, the new stuff is usually pretty high. Lee

I used a piece of 4"x6" rectangular tube 3/8 wall on my WL40 to clear the cab. Welded it to the loader frame and relocated the latch block to match the hook on the tractor frame. No issues thus far.
