Replacement Farmall 460 Carburetor

I'm going to replace my cracked carburetor with the one sold on this site. I just need to make sure it will bolt up. The current on it has the number 367258R91. The ones sold on here have a slightly different number. It's for a working tractor, not a show piece, so I have no problem purchasing one with a different PN#.
I believe they would all have the same bolt pattern, choke, intake and exhaust sizes. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Also, they have two listed. Is one better than the other?

I have a rebuild one for $160 plus $13.95 for shipping. Has new throttle lever, float valve and seat, float rod, seals and gaskets, beadblasted, all passages cleaned out, primed, and painted IH red. let me know. Thanks, Brent

Hey Brent,

I may have deleted your email if it got into my junk mail folder. I never got it.
You can reply to this topic or try emailing me again.
Otherwise if you've reconsidered, I'll just buy the one off this site.

Everyone:
I would still like to know if anyone knows the pro's or con's to the two different part numbers of the carbs listed.
367258R92 or 381948R91.
