4 Row Cultivator Value

I have a full set of 4 row cultivators off of a 1952 M, minus the rear lift cylinder, including all mounting hardware. What would a fair price be, to get rid of them?

It also seems a shame to see that M sitting out there with flat tires, and not convering the exhaust. Won`t be healthy very long!!!!

It just came out of the barn, where it sat for 18 years. Trust me it's covered and all 4 tires have air now. It'll be nice and warm in my barn tonight. I'm in Indiana, just north of Louisville, KY.

Chad,
If you have the room, keep the old cultivator for shows. Old tractors can still be found, but most of the old tools for them have been junked years ago. Try to find a mower, disc, planter from the same era as your tractor and you'll see.

Hard to say on value as they are not a highly sought after item right now. But I hope if you sell them it is not to a scrap dealer! I bought a set for an F-20 recently for $45 at an auction.I would think you could get $100 maybe more for yours. As others said implements for our old tractors are getting more and more scarce.Keep them or sell them to someone who won't scrap them.

I don't have room for them. I have a '57 130, a '48 H, my father-in-laws '52 M, a late 40's Avery Model A....and now a 1964 C60 Grain truck, my wife is already been patient.

What they can't sit outside somewhere? Looks like in the pic's ya got a bit of room. Least for awhile. Someone will want them if ya have a bit of patience. Scraping is ok for junk but for good equipment it's a real shame.

At the right place at the right time feet and clamps will bring $20 each. There is no demand for front mount 4 rows but lots of gardeners and such aree looking for the cultivator feet.

If you were a little closer to upstate NY, I would definitely make you an offer.

I say put them up in the classifieds at least. The way scrap prices have been headed lately, you wont get too much for them, and someone would love to have them Im sure.
