H breather tube

Anyone have any luck in making one of these pipes that goes from the head to the air cleaner?
Been all over town trying to find the fittings with no luck, CaseIH wants almost $20 per nut!!
The local brake shop can cut and bend the 3/8 steel pipe but I need to find those fittings.

Ideas anyone?

NAPA has them; they are common brass fittings.
I may have an extra pipe at home; call me later this afternoon--4-5 pm.
