I have a international 1963 504 ,not a high crop,Hydrolics question ,where the filter goes area here is what i would call a weep hole under neath.the fluid seems to leak out of hole pretty much all the time.Is a seal gone internally, or is it time to just look for another tractor.?It has gotten so bad I have to add fluid every 7hours of use.this is my actual work tractor that has been put to the back of list but now is the time to repair the problem ,thank you

Either the IPTO drive shaft seal is leaking in front of the TA clutch or one of the TA seals is leaking. If it is the front seal, it can be changed with only a main clutch split. If it is a TA seal leaking the TA has to be removed to replace the seals.
