One row IH picker

There is one at a sale this morning. Any idea what they go for. I would have to assume average shape, shedded, and useable. If it has sat outside and not been used for 40 years I would walk away anyway.

I paid $300 for the one I have. Now to get a tractor to put it on.

How does a guy ever figure something like that?

Just a few years ago you could probably have bought it for $25 to $30. Today, if the auctioneer can't get at least $100, he won't even mess with it. If the picker has been shedded and is basically ready to go pick corn, I'd guess it is worth at least $500??

My brother had one on a IH340 and he said they were great pickers. Condition would say it all. Useable it has value, rusted up ???
