Small drops of antifreeze on plug

Hello all. I have a "M" that I just redone a couple years ago. I noticed last couple of winters (while putting oil down the cylinders for storage)that the #4 plug would have a couple small beeds or drops of antifreeze on it. The tractor still runs fine. I'm not loosing antifreeze and the oil is always freash. Is the head gasket just maybe not sealed well in one spot? I know there are products out there that are sapost to stop this kind of problem, but would really hate to try it.,but I really hate to tear it down after I got it all shined up. Especially when it doesn't seem to be effecting anything. Am I worrying too much?

Could be a leaking head gasket, when you re-did your engine, did you have the cylinder head checked and resurfaced? Re-check all the cylinder head nuts and make sure they are tightened to the correct torque.

Yes,my head was resurfaced and had just about everything you can do to it done. I tightened again after i got it hot for the first time, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try it again. thanks!

Howdy
Put some cooling system sealer/stop leak in it, this is not some modern aluminum thin core radiator or aluminum block engine that you have to worry about plugging up. It really cant hurt. I dont think I would retorque the head bolts if you've already done it once, just my opinion.

Cracks into the water jacket at the intake or exhaust runner between the manifold surface and the back of the valve, can happen. These are possible to stop with a sealer. Leaks into combustion are fixed by teardown. I would go with Andy's suggestion to see if it will be able to be stopped. JimN
