Regular value

Have lost the previous message about this. Hope this one isn't a duplicate.
What would a 27 or 28 Regular on full steel, with lugs, be worth? Been outdoors for years, poor paint but sheet metal looks ok. Broken air cleaner. Wasn't able to look for mag. Engine probably stuck, and maybe clutch all froze up, too. Tractor is an ornament on a public fairground, but it doesn't look like it's been used as a jungle jim by overenthusiastic kids. I wasn't able to get in to look close, so my description is lacking in some areas.
Appreciate the advice.

I'd estimate about $300 to $400 simply because of the full set of steel wheels. Buy the wheels, get the rest of the tractor as a bonus.

It looks like this thread and another one turned up; actually I think I seen your first one a couple days ago with one reply: I believe someone noted paying something like $700.

That one is tough to tell; not that I have a good feel for any values anymore. Are the wheels all rusted out beneath the ground or solid yet; original manifold/carb, governor, ect. or F20 & aftermarket parts?

What's it worth to you, is probably the only real answer. I could see the parts bill easily exceeding the cost, so if you like it, what's there is solid, and transportation is nill, I'm not sure whether it matters too much whether the initial is $300 or double or triple that. Of course, it could be it has some special feature you're interested in giving value, but it doesn't sound like that's the case.

Edit, I found the first thread and the reply:

I just recently bought an early Regular (early 1927) in the same condition for $700. Hope that helps.
