Engine Type

I am looking to find the make of an engine in a little grader I found. The tag on the grader reads Allen Division
Stolper Steel Products Co
Mendmonee Falls Wisconsin
The serial # on the engine is WD324758PA.

I was wondering if this is an International engine or if not can anyone tell me what it is. It needs governor parts.

Are there any other numbers on the engine?

I didn't find any other numbers. This number was stamped on the block similar to what is done with continental engines.

Not sure but the WD prefix sounds like an Allis Challmers (sp) number. You might start there.
