I have a super H that I am working on a front wheel. There should be a felt seal that goes on the wheel can anybody tell me the part number or suggestions where to get the part. Thanks in advance for your help.

Craft store, and a pair of scissors will do it! A bit of packing it in on the OD/ID is OK, as is multiple layers to the original thickness. Grease it up to saturation before install to repel water. JimN
