Looking for Dipstick for BN

I am looking for a dipstick assembly for a Farmall BN. Anyone know who might have one. Or a contact number.

Never ever seen a B or BN that had a dip stick. They do have a set of pet cocks on the oil pan for checking the oil

There's a thread not too far down about dipsticks on As.

Unless you've got a replacement motor (from a staionary application, or maybe a SuperC or later SuperA) in your BN, I doubt you're going to find a boss in the casting that can be drilled out to accept a dipstick.

You are looking for the dipstick that goes in and replaces the top petcock correct. There is one listed on e-bay now.

OH, THAT kind of dipstick. I've got one that I removed from my Farmall M. Cleaned it all up and gave it a paint job. It now resides on a shelf with some of my other collectibles.

Piratefan: Why would you want to do away with the best oil checking ever designed, in favour of a dipstick? Just curious what makes a head like that tick.

I recently sold an H with the Heisler-style dipstick that replaced the upper pan petcock. Would that be the same size as the A/B petcock?
