Farmall 450 power sterring not working

I recently replaced a Behlen pump on my 450. The only way that I have power steering is to pull a valve function and dead head a spool. I was wondering how to correct this problem?

There is a button plug with an o-ring on it located between the first stack valve and the steering post. All three valves are bolted together with long studs and nuts on the outside (right) end. You will have to take all the stack valves off to get to the plug or at least be able to slide them far enough away to work between the post and the first valve. I had one once that just wouldn"t stay in place so I ran a 5/16 or 3/8 threaded rod into the port from the end cap long enough that the end cap held the plug in place.

alright i have come across a way to get the power steering working again, find the pressure line coming off the hyd. pump, cut into the line and plumb in a flow control valve, send the controled flow to the behlens unit, and send the excess flow back to the tube you just cut so it goes back to sump
