9 x40 wheels

I have a set of 9" x 40" wheels with cast centers
was told they fit my F-12.I think I want to sell them because I have steel wheels on it.What other tractors do they fit on? what are they worth?

Worst part about these wheels is getting tires for them. They are very expensive, nearing a $1000 for a set with tubes. Putting a value on them is pretty hard without more info. Are they in perfect condition, etc.? Rims not bent, still have decent paint on them? What else can you tell about them. Finally location also.

The cast center will fit 12s and 14s. Not sure if the rims you have are IH specific or not, but I know some other makes had 40" tires.

I've got a pair of those here too. Split rim. I bought them for the tires,then found out one of the tires was shot after I paid $220 for the pair at an auction. I'd take scrap price for mine if somebody wanted them.

About $200, least thats what I paid for a pair with rims from a salvage yard just over a year ago.

since the tires for them are so dang expensive, you'd just about have to give them away for someone to justify using them. 40 inch rubber's hard to find, and very pricey when you do.

those cast centers will only fit F-12's and 14's
