806 transmission brake adjustment

My 806 has been getting harder and harder to get into gear. Sometimes it will slip in, but most times you have to grind it in. I'm going to be going through the external linkages and was wondering if I could get instructions for adjusting the transmission brake?

Buy yourself a I&T manual. It is money well spent and if you ever need to do it again the info is right there. Have to adj.clutch,ta first.

best thing to do is head to a IH dealer and get one of those spring loader rods.
you never have to adjust the brake again.
and you can adjust just the brake,or atleast the IT manuals says you can and I have done it a few times.
