Pictures of a 460 Gas

Does anyone have any pictures of a 460 Gas that they could send to me?

I grew up on John Deeres, but I spent the summer of 1959 on a new 460, and it became my favorite tractor ever.

Probably not what you had in mind Stan but here is one.

I went searching thru my pictures and could not come up with one from before the fire.

I too enjoyed many hours on this 460 mowing hay, pulling in loads of ear corn and pulling the square baler.

Wish I had a couple of this tractor before fire.

Wheel weights, but thats about it.

There was no oil left anywhere in the rear end or engine.

Still going.

I have only been able to run 1 day in the last 9.

Beans are done with average yields. Around 50.

I have 60 acres of corn left and yields are better than expected. The low ground that is usually the best producing is poor.

There is a lot of corn to be harvested yet as well as a few soybeans here in Iowa.

We had a 460 when I was 13, had the spring seat and no power steering. 4We only had it for 2 yrs. but it was one fine machine. Owned a 560LPG for 20 yrs. and sold it to a man in Kentucky for $800. I still miss it.
