450-460 Exhaust and muffler

Will a 450D muffler fit a 460D Exhaust?

Or you can do what my brother did to my 460 when he was rebuilding the engine for me. He went to a muffler shop in town and had them copy the flange on the old exhaust pipe and ad a glass pack muffler to it. We topped it off with an exhaust cap and installed a chrome diesel stack type heat shield. I just scratched my head and said "Hmmm, that's different!" It sounds awesome, cost less than a stock muffler and pipe and increased my visibility. The heat shield was a great idea. I don't get nearly as hot driving her in the summer now. Of course we weren't doing a rebuild for show so didn't care about it not being stock. I love it!
