IH B414 Gas - where to find engine parts?

Hello all, I've just resurrected an IH B414 with the gas engine and it's hurting pretty badly for a rebuild. I'm having some trouble determining what the gas engine was in these tractors and where I'm most likely to locate an engine overhaul kit? Many thanks, Sam

Hi, B414 gas should have BC144 British engine.

Thanks a lot for that. It looks like a rebuild for that will be pretty pricey, somewhere north of $2000CDN before labour or machining provided the valves etc. are reusable. Wait and see I guess. Sam

Hi Sam, Glad to se you have another tractor. Planned to give you a call the other evening.Almost finished the installation of a roll up sectional door in the barn. Used door with out any instructions. A little frustrating at times, project is just about complete. Cheers, Murray
