5 bottom plow

I just purchased a I H 5 bottom plow I can make out the IH logo on it but that is all. The August Sept issue of RED POWER had a plow like mine on the back cover hooked to a 660 It said it was a #70plow but the tail wheel is not exactly like mine. Can someone tell me what the model might be?

The model #60 and #70 have a castor type rear wheel that was an option, It sets further back from the plow and it will just turn, has no linkage. Kind of like the rear wheel on a 3pt rotary mower. I wish my scanner would work with this computer, I have a picture of one in my #60 plow manual. #60 only went to 4 bottom, # 70 went to 6 bottoms....James
