SH 1953 worm shaft bushing and seal

I am working on the steering on my 1953 H. I went to CASE IH and was able to order the front bolster bushings and seals but I also, need the worm shaft bushing and seal but IH told me they could not order that. Has anyone replaced those that can tell me where to get them.

I know that seal is availible from IH, Got one while back for a super mta, cant help you with the bushing there. If memory serves the seal # changes numbers.

Your dealer needs to get a set of old fashioned paper parts books. CIH still has the bushing, 41096DBR for $11.54. I'am sure they can cross the seal but the old part number for the seal is 43800DA. That number crosses to NAPA part number 9876.

carter and gruenwald sells the complete upper bolster rebuild kit, bushings seals bearings ect for the h-350, and m-450 about 160 dollars. here is a link to the website, the part number for the kit for the h-350 is 368097r91. they prolly can get the steering shaft bushing too.
