Funny looking valve on the top of the exhaust manifold. Half inch pipe coming out and going over to the right side of the motor. Some type of valve at that point with a street ell that"s pluged. That valve conects to a shaft going up beside the throttle control. The manifold is almost rusted through. The valve in the manifold is frozen. Any ideas???
