Carb Adjustment

I have a Farmall 707 which seems to be running rich (black smoke?). I am not familiar with this carburetor and would like to know how I adjust the fuel flow??

I think that carb has that pesky electric solenoid instead of an adjustable high speed idle screw. The solenoid cannot be adjusted, it is either closed or wide open. I think that solenoid CAN be replaced with the adjustable screw from an M through 450 tractor.
