Hey Kelly,

Just wondering how you"re making out with the 966. Haven"t heard much since you got it home. Tell us what"s going on.

Nothings going on. Working my butt off before I get laid off, So no time. After I get laid off, will have time but no money :-(

Got lots to do though. Order of priority.
Get the 400 running. A must do!
Put the thrower on the 24t.
Build 4 thrower racks.
Fix the NH 469. dang thing fell apart on me.
Replace the pick up on the NH68.
Fix the knotter on the 14T then sell it or trade for a NH 56 rake

Any way the point is. By next summer I must have 2 dependable tractors, 2 balers, 2 mowers,4 racks all ready to go.
I scrimped on the maint last winter and paid a dear price this summer. Break downs on my main equipment and the back ups were not ready.

I am sure I wont be putting any real money into the 966 for at least a year. But I am sure I will be able to get into it and at least find out exactly what it needs. Still going to need a #2 tractor. I know what the 300 needs and what its going to cost. So if I find I can make the 966 at least servicable for the same money. I will do that. Poor old 300 would yet again get put on the back burner. If it gets to Feb 2009 that 300 would have been 6 years on that back burner
