QuickHitch on Super H?

Did any of the Super H"s come thru with the quick-hitch? What was the most advanced hitch that was put on them from the factory? Can one rig a 3-point on them (as I have done with my Super C)?
 
The fast hitch was not available until the Farmall 300. It was not available on the super H. A standard drawbar was the only thing available. Aftermarket 3 point hitches are readily available. Do you need one?
 
I"ve thought off and on about getting a 3 point hitch for my H but I didn"t know where to get one or how much they cost. If you have any of that info, it would be good for my curiosity.

I know of two companies that make 3-point hitches for the H. The first is Worksaver. After you type in worksaver, go to International (not farmall) and you will find two versions of the hitch - a single cylinder and a double.
The second option is Saginaw, which, in my humble opinion, is the best. You pay for the best. Type in "Saginaw County Tractor" and it will take you to their site. I think the saginaw is now about $725. It is dual cylinder.
I found an almost brand new Saginaw on the YT classifieds 3 weeks ago and bought it for $500. Fortunately for me, it was only a couple hours from my home. Good luck. mike
 
The Super H transmission casting wasn't built to accept a fast-hitch. The 300/350 has attachment points for the fast-hitch cast into the transmission casting. Roger
