worked on the 300u yesterday trying to correct a loud hyd. pump. Took the advice from this site and cleaned the tank suction screen. The screen had some debris, but not completely covered. Started tractor today and no difference. I used new Case Hy-trans to fill tank back up. Hydraulics work good, same as before. I use this tractor mostly for snow removal and in the cold winter months the pump is loud enough to hurt ones ears. Any other ideas out ther on what could be causing this? (other than a good pair of ear buds)
