Is this an auction, I presume? Rule is as low as possible in my book. No more than $500 if it is pretty decent. Much less if not.

If the tires and sheet metal are good, transmission gears good, probably around $800-$1200 or more.

For a good one $500 is too cheap. On the other hand I would put the maximum at $1500, unless it is restored. I realize that is a 3X range, but they vary from junk that needs everything to ones that need very little.
