How do you tell the W's apart
I was down at Miccanopy FL. last week at the hard ware/ feed/lawn mower repair place look at the amazing collection of old machinery ( more green than any thing ) but several IH W's with no decals. even had one orchard with the big finders still in better than average shape I tried to get some pictures but my camera died. Also had a H on steel.

When youve seen enough of them, you can just kinda tell by looking. I think I see 2 in the top pic, know I see one. Front one looks like a -9, one behind it looks like a -6. Cameras sometimes play tricks, so it could be a -6 and a -4.

The Ws are easy.

W4 is a compact, almost "cute" little tractor.
W9 is a massive brute of a tractor.
If neither of the above, it's a W6.
