I am trying to find out what the timing setting is for a International Harvester 4 cyl Gas engine #UC135B.

Hi, C-135 gas enginge was used in IH 404 ag tractor about 36 HP PTO.

Do you know what the timing setting for that model engine might be?

The first timing mark to come to the pointer is TDC. The static timing is set there. Advance timing is to the second mark. (assumes it is like the C-135 in a tractor, and probably is)
