Retorque Head Bolts

I am getting close to starting my restored Farmall 350 diesel. In looking at the engine after installing all the external parts it will be difficult to retorque the head bolts after starting and warming it up. I think I will have to remove or partially remove the valve cover/rocker arm assy (which is always the case), the power steering unit, some of the lines to the injectors, the air cleaner, and intake manifold. I might be able to tighten some of the bolts with a crow foot wrench, but not sure until I try.
How important is it to retorque after first starting? On other tractors in the past I have always done this. Roger

I am not familiar with your 350 diesel but I just put together enough to get them running and warmed up good then take off what I have to to retorque. It will run without the intake manifold and air cleaner, just be careful that nothing gets sucked in while it is running.
