140 Hi-Clear with funny numbers?

I spotted a 140 HC today with a funny serial number 420J. Would someone tell me the meaning of this number and does anyone have the production numbers on this 140HC as well.Thanks up front. Red ...Oct.1,2008

Red: My guess is someone has been tampering. High clear 140s don't have a separate sequence of serial numbers from the regular 140s. They start at 501. J stands for Rockford clutch.

Does it look like a replacement tag? What are the date codes? What is the block part number? What is the engine serial number? 140 tractor serial number 501 had C-123 engine serial number 65046.
