Anyone scammed lately on farmall fenders?

I"m really worried I got scammed a month ago. A Greg from KY was selling farmall H fenders on the classifieds. I sent a money order for $303 for the pair of used fenders. The emails are one excuse after another. I asked for his phone number but no response. I have the money gram receipt so I will get a hold of them for his address as my other computer crashed and I need to take it in to get this info. I asked YT for help and gave his email address. Just wondering if you"ve been burned. Thanks for listening. Kurt

You know his adress a letter to the local sheriff and county attourney then postal people will get some results. You could call the coubty attourney and sheriff also sending an e-mail is a waste of time he has your money and you want it back. Call to sheriff for 350 is pretty easy.

I would notify the postal authorities if he cashed your money order and never sent the items
may be construed as fraud. Hal

As long as he answers emails I would not give up all hope. He probably realy did have the fenders. I doubt he intended to defraud you but he may have spent the money.

Never send money to someone before getting phone number and talking in person.

Also go to whitepages.com and do a reverse phone lookup. You put in the number and they tell you who it belongs to.

I only do C.O.D. with private sellers and I dont mind sending things C.O.D.

Scammers depend on people not doing their homework.

My opinion.
