I must be in the wrong place! I have kinda been trying to sell a 1941 M for about 3 years and can't get $1500 for it. If the tractor was junk I could understand it,but, it only has about 300 hrs. since rebuild, near perfect sheet metal,A new gas tank, and good tires.Oh did I mention it was rebuilt to "super m" specs. Heck,I even offered to deliver it to some of the people that were interested !!! What am I doing wrong????

I would try craigslist, But, unless your M has new paint and new tires, in my opinion, you are on the high side of what it might be worth. I know that is not what you want to hear, I have a 1951 M with good metal, good paint, not perfect, 4 new tires, less than 100 hours on a rebuild, if I wanted to sell it, I would feel real lucky if I were to get 1500.00 out of it.

$1500 or less is about what they bring -- By Super M specs I assume you mean the engine. Many have been upgraded. The transmissions are also different as are the brakes. SM 3rd is about the same as M 4th, SM 4th is 6 3/4 mph, or nearly a mph faster than M 4th. In other words you have an M, there are just too many around to demand a premium price.
