Hydraulic seat on 856. No suspension?

Didn't know such a thing was made till I got this tractor. Seat goes up and down with lever on side but stiff as a rock with no give. Went to the Case site to look it up in the parts book but doesn't show the hydraulic part. Knob on front of seat, turn it one way seat will go up and down the other way seat does nothing. What gives this seat it's bouncy bouncy so your kidneys don't fail on rough ground?

REBUILT 2 HYD. IH SEATS IN THE LAST YEAR. KNOB ON FRONT IS A NEEDLE VALVE THAT CONTROLS OIL FLOW INTO THE ACCUMULATOR. ACCUMULATOR IS THE SHOCK LOOKING THING UNDER THE SEAT. IT HAS A NITROGEN FILLED BAG IN IT THAT COMPRESSES WITH WEIGHT ON THE SEAT. NEEDLE VALVE ALLOWS MORE OR LESS OIL INTO ACCUMULATOR TO GIVE YOU A HARD OR SOFT RIDE. A BLOWN ACCUMULATOR WILL GIVE YOU A HARD RIDE ALL THE TIME. NEEDLE VALVE IS UNAVAILABLE THROUGH CASE IH. DIDNT TRY FOR ACCUMULATOR. HAD TO BUY A COMPLETE SEAT SUSPENSION AT JUNKYARD FOR PARTS. $200.00.

Accumulators can be recharged but if the bag inside leaks they are non repairable. The biggest problem I have seen with them is people allowing jackets and other things fall through the back of the seat and restrict the movement of the accumulator causing the attaching threads to strip out.
