Farmall F-14 questions

I was just at a farm buying some veggies and the farmer and I started to chat about tractors. He told me to go have a look in the barn - so of course I did. Well he had many nice farmalls in there but my eye caught a glimpse of a unrestored F-14. It is real nice. paint looks very good for its age. He told me to go and give her a crank and it fired right up. My questions are: I never seen a F-14 with a single front wheel - is that common? Also he told me he wanted to sell it (retiring) What are these things going for?

Thanks

Single front wheels were very common in South Texas where I grew up and in any area that raises vegetables. Used for cultivating vegetables in narrow rows. This question is repeated every few days about one tractor or another, mostly by people from strictly small grain or row crop country.

Single front was optional and even though most have the standard 2 front wheels, there are still quite a few with a single front wheel. My Dad's 1933 F-12 and my Brother's 1936 F-12 both have a single front wheel on them. Price could probably be in the $1200-$2500 range. More if it has hard to find parts like overdrive unit, rear lift, foot brakes, electric start or lights, etc, etc.
