1954 IH -R100 pickup, need help re wheels

Try slightly loosening lugnuts on each back wheel and driving pick-up in circle eight pattern. I would think that would work.
 
i take it that the rims are rusted to the axles. best solution i found is spray with wd40 and use an air punch and just work your way around the rim with it next to the axle .some can be pretty tough to loosen.might even need to warm it up with a torch.
 
If you are talking about the luknuts.....maybe there left hand.....look close at the end of the stud......L for left......R for right.....
 
That wouldn't be confined to just the rear...but it would be confined to just the left [driver] side of the vehicle.

Right [passenger] rear would have right-hand threads.
