will a hydraulic pump off of a super M Gas work on a wd9?

i looked up in my book, the w-9 and wd-9 take the pesco pump #052168-020-01. according to the case ih wabsite the super m uses the pesco pump # 05-2168=030-02. from what i understand, the superm +md use different pumps because the diesel pump spins the other way. on the w9 and wd9, from what i understand is both of the 9"s use the same pump. i could not find the super md listed on the case site to check the pump number.

Super M and MD do spin the pumps the opposite way, but I don't think there is any difference in the pumps, just that the porting block under the pump is different.

thanks for looking, my pump is bad and I need a pump, I found a w9 tractor that is gas that has the hydraulic system on it but i wasn't sure that it would work

W9, WD9, and MD should interchange. Some of (if not all) the M&W pumps could be used in either rotation.
