What is the best service manual with complete teardown scripts to buy, where can i get one? I have the parts book, and the owners manual, and the engine dvd's. I need a good service manual.

I've always liked the original IH "Blue Ribbon" service manuals best. The IT manuals are also good.

Reprints of the IH "Blue Ribbon" manuals are available from a Case/IH dealer.

The IH Blue Ribbon manuals are excellent and specific to your tractor. The one for the SuperC can be a little scarce. I think Binder Books has them now, though they didn't when I got my SuperC. CaseIHNH (whatever their name is this week) may have them, too.

The I&T IH-8 is also very good. It covers all the letter series, so there's a lot of stuff in it that you wouldn't need, but it's well organized, easy to use and sometimes uses clearer language than the IH books.

My experience using the Blue Ribbon AND the I&T for my BN is that it was useful having both. There's a lot of overlap, but each has a few tidbits here and there that the other doesn't, enough so that over time it has been useful to have both.

Either one would be more than adequate for most of what you will want to do. If you only want to go with one, though, I'd recommend the IH manual if you can get one.

I agree with Don, I like Binder Books stuff because it is the original books that IH put out to its dealers.. They have service and parts manuals.. :)
