B Farmall throttle trouble still no change

Dont have much hair but fixing to pull the rest out. Changed governor no cure. You can start tractor and it will throttle up you start to drive it then it will not throttle it will stay at near idle speed.Am at a stand still. Any help thanks

The linkage is pretty simple, so I assume you went over it well to make sure it is fundamentally OK.
My next thought is the throttle shaft and butterfly in the carb. If a screw came out, or the shaft is loose on the throttle arm, it will seem to go fast enough while not loaded, but have no power at all.

Have you set the linkage according to the I@T manual. If the input shaft has a lot of play on the gov it needs rebushed and with a good gov spring it will operate good.
