injector pump 1066

Can someone please tell me how to time the injector pump on a 1066. I was told to have it 16 degrees btdc, but i can't find the marker on the harmonic balancer. I guess what i am asking is where is the "needle" to tell me where 16 degrees is located. I hope i explained myself clear. Thanks in advanced for your help.

The mark is on the flywheel. Remove the little cover on the clutch housing on the right side. The pointer bolts on under the cover.

Early engines will need the timing cover in front of the injection pump removed to see the pump timing marks. Later engines have a pipe plug that can be removed to see the marks.

Right and left are determined as you would sit while operating the tractor not looking at it from the front. The timing hole for the flywheel is on the right. The injection pump is on the left.
