706 with hand clutch

Was the hand clutch on this tractor an option? I saw one today but did not know that IH ever used a hand clutch. Just curious if it is somewhat rare or not. Does it at all add to the value of the tractor? I am not trying to buy or sell it, was just curious.

Thanks

It was an option on the international or "Wheatland" models. I suppose it could be ordered on a Farmall model to but not very popular as the Farmalls were used on smaller fields and for work that required more clutching unlike the wheatlands that might work all day without clutching.
