My father in Kloten ND

I just stumbled on this picture of my father on a tractor. I would guess it is approximately 1930. My father eventually owned a hardware store in Kloten that also sold tractors. I would like to know what kind and model of tractor this is if anyone knows. I have a 45 H and a 38 F-20.

Looks like an International 8-16 without the hood tin work on it. Heres a picture of one from the tractor photo section.

It looks to me like driving that thing straight would be the way to go.

Were they as hard to turn as they look like they would be?

It's an International 8-16 without the sheet metal hood. 1920 or 21. I just finished restoring my grandfathers 1922 8-16.

They actually are one of the easiest steering old tractors you could drive. They also had a spring suspension front and rear.
