McCormick-Deering spreaders

I have two McCormick-Deering spreaders, (a 100 and 200 ground driven). I was wondering what color they should be. Are there any parts that should be blue? If there are which ones? Are they the same for 100 and 200. What decals? Do you have a paint code for the blue and white, if that is what color some parts were? What years were they built? Any help would be greatly appreiciated.

Here is photo of my McCormick model 100 spreader. I restored this a few years ago. It was purchased new by may father sometime in the 1940s I think. As far as I know, the red color and the IH white wheels are the way it was originally, although there was not much paint left on it when I got it back from my Sister. You could still see some white on the wheels and red on the parts that were shielded from the weather. It sat outside for years. The photo was taken before I got the decals on it. It's strickly used for parade duty and hauling grandkids on the installed seats now.

Village Power Equipment in Berlin, MA has an IH spreader for sale that is in its orignal colors and markings. Phone number is (978) 838-2484. I live 30 miles away. I am picking up parts in 7 to 10 days and if it is still there I will take a picture.

White wheel rims, blue hubs, the rest red, is the correct scheme.

The white is often called cream. Not sure that anybody actually makes it, but do recall reading that one of the mfrs makes an almond that is pretty close to being right.

For the blue, VanSickle makes the right International Blue, though in a fairly low grade of paint. I've only found it in quarts, which would be a lot just to do the hubs. It may be out there in rattlecans which would be more to scale, but I haven't seen them.

Maple-Hunter, Riley KS, has the decals.
