SM with SMTA bolster (square front)

Did any Stage 2 1954 SM Farmalls come from the factory with the square front end (SMTA bolster) that requires the longer SMTA hood?

All I can say is the last gasoline SM built doesn"t have the square front bolster. On diesel tractors except for shape they were the same size so could be. Also IH used it for replacement bolsters on diesel tractors starting in the 50 tes.
If you have one look behind grill on the front of the upside down Y posts, should be a date code that may tell if its a later bolster.
